For over 25 years the recruiters at Sprague & Associates have been placing finance and accounting professionals at the most admired companies in Southern California.  Our firm specializes in the placement of finance and accounting  professionals across all industries and company size from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies.  All recruiters on the Sprague & Associates team have a CPA, MBA, or MBT and real world experience to draw from to assist companies in finding the ideal candidates or to assist a candidate in locating a professional opportunity that is ideally suited for their specific needs and desires.  Our relationships with many of our client companies and candidates spans two decades and we use these relationships to place top quality professionals.  The vast majority of our candidates are not reachable through advertising and not actively searching for a new position but are selectively looking at new career opportunities.
